Soborgnost is sci-fi dance punk at the intersection of vaporwave, post-punk, disco dub, industrial, proto-house, drone and noise. 

Using a hardware sampler to emulate dub mixing and looping post-punk style basslines with chuggy, lo-fi beats. Warping analogue texture is added with cassette tape manipulation, electro magnetic frequency transmitters, shortwave radio, harsh noise generator and dub sirens.

Soborgnost will be joined by Antonio Roberts (aka hellocatfood, a Birmingham-based musician and visual artist).

Working primarily with TidalCycles, Pure Data and VCV Rack, he employs algorithmic methods to make music that is both rhythmic and glitchy. He complements this with live visuals made using live coding software and hardware video synthesisers.

He has performed across the UK and Europe at respected venues and festivals including Green Man, Barbican, No Bounds Festival, Supernormal, Tate Modern, Corsica Studios, Cafe Oto, and IKLECTIK.
